Monday to Friday 8:30 AM - 5 PM Shift

Property and Casualty Insurance License Required

Core Responsibilities:

Receive Inbound calls assist Agency and Insurers with their queries related to the policy.

Job Specification

* High School Diploma or GED equivalent
* 1-2 years in a customer support role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment required
* Proficient using Microsoft Suite
* Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills
* Insurance Experience is a MUST
