  • Location: 2820 Roosevelt Road, Marinette, WI. 54143
  • Hours: Part Time 0.50 FTE (20 hours/week), Days (8-4:30pm) Monday through Friday, rotating.
Job Description:

Responsible for nursing anticoagulation patient management under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse or Pharmacist. Contact patients who are overdue for INRs; upload home INR results to patient charts; prepare INR results for RN review; provide basic health instruction and reinforces teaching by other health team members.

Qualifications:

  • Appropriate state LPN license required or an appropriate Medical Assistant Certification
  • Valid Wisconsin driver's license required.
