**Unit Description**

**Sodexo Corporate Services** is looking for a **General Manager - Food** to join our team with one of our high profile clients. The **General Manager - Food** will be responsible for day to day operations, including cafe and catering. Duties include managing a team of 9-10 direct reports and ensuring catering events are set up and executed. The ideal candidate will have high end catering management experience.

**The successful candidate will:**

+ have oversight of day-to-day operations;

+ manage the set-up and execution of all catered events.

+ deliver high quality food service;

+ achieve company and client financial targets and goals;

+ develop and maintain client and customer relationships;

+ develop strategic plans;

+ create a positive environment;and/or

+ ensure Sodexo standards are met.

+ Preference to demonstrate working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management System (FMS) The Market Connection (TMC) or is proficient in computer skills and report management experience.
