Tarantino Properties Inc is seeking a PORTER for Cameron Terrace Apartments.

* Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner
* Paint and pick up grounds
* Resolve maintenance issues in the area of sheetrock repairs and trash outs
* Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
* Cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
* Provide residents with outstanding customer service

Qualifications:

* At least 2 plus of onsite experience
* Possess valid Identification
* Full Time Position
