As a Dunkin' Store Manager, you will be a key leader responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Dunkin' location. Your role involves managing a team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving the overall success and profitability of the store. Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

* Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of Dunkin' crew members.
* Provide ongoing coaching, support, and feedback to foster a positive and productive work environment.
* Schedule and manage staffing levels to meet operational needs.

Operational Management:

* Oversee day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
* Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the appropriate departments to ensure product availability.
* Implement and enforce Dunkin' operational standards and policies.

Financial Management:

* Manage financial aspects of the store, including sales, expenses, and profitability.
* Prepare and analyze financial reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
* Implement cost-control measures to optimize financial performance.

Quality and Safety Compliance:

* Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
* Monitor product quality and consistency, addressing any issues promptly.
* Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the food service industry.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of Dunkin' operational procedures and standards.
* Ability to analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions.
* Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
