Awake Overnight Residential Counselor

Job Summary

We are seeking an Awake Overnight Counselor to provide direct support and care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a small group residential setting or an individual living arrangement.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support residents with daily living activities, including personal care and hygiene
  2. Assist with medication administration and monitoring
  3. Encourage socialization and engagement in recreational activities
  4. Document resident progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • Certification in Residential or Community Based Services
  • Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Work Schedule

The successful candidate will be required to work on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings from 10 pm to 8 am.

Compensation

$19.75 per hour
