Required Skills

Cost Control Administrator Job Responsibilities:

* Review and approval of invoices
* Enter labor hours and material quantities into data base on a weekly basis
* Generate Labor Cost Reports and Job Cost Reports
* Run Certified Payroll weekly
* Assist in compiling payment application to the Client
* Prepare Monthly Project Progress Report
* Maintain Subcontractor Invoice Trackers
* Maintain "Buy-America" Log

Cost Control Administrator Qualifications / Skills:

* Tracking / budget expenses
* Attention to detail
* Thoroughness
* Organization
* Analyzing information
* PC proficiency (Microsoft Office 365, MS Excel. MS Word)
* Data entry skills
* General math skills
* Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
* Bachelor's degree in accounting, or related field a plus
