How do I make an impact on my team? 
The Barista attends to and provides exceptional service to guests while they dine preparing and 
serving beverages for guests.
  • Welcomes and acknowledges all guests as they arrive for breakfast and/or dinner
  • Prepares and serves beverages for guests such as coffee drinks, cocktails, wine, and beer
  • Takes orders from guests, inputs orders into Point Of Sale system, obtains payment and provides change
  • Assists in preparing, cooking, and garnishing food according to recipes, quality standards, and food preparation checklist
  • Completes opening and closing duties, sets up, stocks, and maintains work areas to be clean, neat, and sanitized
 
What does success look like in this role?
  • Six or more months of restaurant/server experience
  • Must have or be willing to obtain a Bartender-Server License
  • Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Motivated to maintain excellent customer service reputation
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
