Rehabilitation Technician

Job Overview:
The Rehabilitation Technician assists therapists with skilled intervention and provides clerical support in the daily operations of the department.
Qualifications:
Required:
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* NJ Driver's License
* BLS through American Heart Association
* Successful completion of all required orientation programs
Preferred:
* College courses preferable
* Previous PT experience
Scheduling Requirements:
* Day Shift
* Per Diem
* Schedule will vary based on the needs of the department
Essential Functions:
* Assists in hydrotherapy area and cleans tanks
* Assists in the daily operation of the gym
* Assists therapists with patient care within the confines of the NJ Practice Act
* Collaborates with multi-disciplinary team to provide high-quality care
* Maintains rehab inventory and orders via PeopleSoft as needed
* Maintains several temperature logs within the department daily
* Performs other duties as assigned
