Clinical Supervisor Opportunity Description
 
Our client is a well-established Home Health and Hospice organization. They have a current opening for an Clinical Supervisor for their Home Health location in the Pheonix, AZ area. An RN is required.  Medicare Home Health management experience is required.  Local candidates preferred. 

Clinical Supervisor Job Requirements 
  • Medicare Home Health management experience as a Registered Nurse.
  • Excellent understanding of state/federal regulations, OASIS, and PDGM.
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
  • Start-up experience a plus. 

Clinical Supervisor Job Responsibilities 
  • Manage clinical team.
  • Ensure compliance with all state / federal regulations. 
  • Train and mentor nurses.
The compensation scale listed is a general salary range and is not intended to represent the actual annual or hourly compensation rate for this role. An offer will be made to the selected candidate at the conclusion of the interview process based on their relevant experience and the responsibilities of the position.
