$1,000 Sign On Bonus*

These positions qualify for bonuses $500 after the first 10 shifts, and $500 after the second 10 shifts.

As a member of the multidisciplinary Residential Teen Programs, the Rapid Flex Counselor provides day to day support to teens challenged with mental health issues with a focus on incorporating advanced clinical interventions with the teens in the program as outlined on each teen's individual care plan.

What You Will Be Doing to Make a Difference in the Lives of Teens...

Supervise and maintain the safety of teens between the ages of 12yrs - 20yrs while in the program

Teach teens independent living and coping skills

Attends all meetings and trainings within the specified time frame as required by the program's license, this includes, but is not limited to, yearly Crisis Prevention Intervention and CPR refresher trainings provide by the agency

Provides per diem (on-call) shift coverage

Responds to requests for coverage in a timely manner

Participates and/or contributes to staff meetings as required by the program director

Must be trained and knowledgeable in covering all shifts

Has the availability to work 1st, 2nd and 3rd (awake overnight) shifts or various combinations of these shifts depending on program needs and staff needs

Serves as a positive role model to all teens

Requirements

Requirements:

Minimum of a High School Diploma/GED

At least one year of providing care to youth as relevant professional experience

Must possess a valid Massachusetts driver's license and a reliable car

Must be able to pass criminal background check

Must be open to working at all four program locations (Quincy, Hingham, Weymouth and Plymouth) and have the availability to cover nights/weekends, overnight shifts
