RWJBHis seeking a Radiologic (X-Ray) Technologist in the Radiology-Diagnostic Department at the New Brunswick campus. This is a full-time, night position (40 hours/week).
Requirements/Qualifications:
+ ARRT Certification in Radiation Technology required.
+ NJ radiology license required.
+ Minimum of two (2) years of radiology technician experience strongly preferred.
+ Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association (AHA) required.
Job Summary:
+ Using medical imaging equipment to produce images of tissues and vessels.
+ Preparing equipment as needed for use, positioning patients for imaging, ensuring patient safety during exams, quality control monitoring of equipment, and assessing Lead aprons for annual inspection and reports.
