**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our dynamic team in the Richmond, Virginia. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing exceptional anesthesia care for a variety of procedures, including colonoscopies and surgeries.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Administer anesthesia and monitor patients throughout surgical procedures in two procedure rooms, performing an average of 12 cases per room daily.
- Collaborate with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective anesthesia management.
- Participate in pre-operative assessments and post-anesthesia care, ensuring optimal patient outcomes and comfort.

**Work Schedule:**
- Standard hours: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM or 4:30 PM, four days a week, with flexibility for variations in the schedule.
- No night shifts, weekends, or on-call responsibilities.

**Compensation and Benefits:**
- Competitive salary of $250,000 per year.
- Comprehensive benefits package including malpractice insurance, health, life, and disability insurance.
- 6 weeks of paid vacation annually.
- 401(k) retirement plan.
- Continuing Medical Education (CME) time and financial support.

**Qualifications:**
- Active certification as a CRNA.
