Digital Payments Administrator

The primary purpose of this position is to assist First Commerce in fulfilling our Vision of

Empowering Generations, Transforming Communities. This is achieved through delivering Remarkable Member Service as defined by our Service Standards as well as building and maintaining strong member relationships through identification of member's financial needs and effectively recommending appropriate products and services to meet those needs.

The Digital Payments Administrator is responsible for administering the delivery and health of digital payments and processes which includes analyzing key performance indicators, product risks and controls, guaranteeing quality through acceptance testing, and identifying measures of success. This includes administering and leveraging subject matter expertise and digital insight to define and deliver innovative payment products that meet strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with the Digital Transactions Manager to ensure digital payments are accurately tracked and included in the Digital Transactions dashboard.
* Primary lead of the Payments Council and work with stakeholders to identify payment opportunities to strategically drive credit union initiatives to completion.
* Administration of digital payments products (e.g. debit and credit cards, Zelle, mobile deposit, disputes) and vendors that support them.
* Collaborate with the Digital Transactions Manger recommendations of system and procedural changes relating to digital payments to implement.
* Collaborate and implement process improvements and efficiencies with automation specialists.
* Manage and troubleshoot incidents related to digital payments, mitigating member impact till resolved.
* Escalate issues to third party vendors for resolution, along with providing timely updates to team members.
* Evaluate and maintain fraud rules with vendor and Risk Management.
* Evaluate and maintain accurate documentation used for digital payments products.
* Research, test, and coordinate installation of software releases, upgrades, and patches for digital payment products; analyze the impact and communicate to leadership.
* Primary liaison in annual disaster recovery testing for payments products.
* Cross-train and develop documentation for others to perform job duties when needed.
* Ensure the credit union delivers digital payments to members that are industry standard.
* Ensure compliance with various federal and state regulations that relate to the functions administered within this position.
* Ensure appropriate audit trails are developed and maintained.

Other Responsibilities:

* Performs job duties in accordance with policies established by the Board of Directors under the rules and regulations set by the National Credit Union Administration, the State of Florida and any applicable State laws for financial centers located in other States.
* Complies with Reg E, BSA, OFAC and CIP requirements such as reporting suspicious or unusual activity to manager.
* Fully supports in actions and words First Commerce's Vision, Mission, Core Values and Service Standards.
* Attends meetings timely and as required; reports to work as scheduled and adheres to First Commerce's dress code.
* Performs other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Advanced computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
* Communication skillset that involves motivating, influencing, educating and/or advising others on complex subjects.
* Strong skills in organizational, planning, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and research.
* Flexibility to manage competing priorities and shift focus as determined by changing needs of the business.
* Experience with configuration, support, troubleshooting, and process automation on digital payments products.

Education and Experience:

* Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a related field (finance, business management, logistics, process management, or accounting) or a combination of education and work experience.
* Minimum of five-year work experience related in banking/credit union processing, operations, or consumer service.
* Minimum of three-year work experience managing, operating, and troubleshooting systems that perform critical financial transactions.
* Experience with CRM, Symitar, ITMs, and digital payments software and processes (e.g. Image Center, Synergy, Fiserv).
* Ability to work in highly collaborative and dynamic work environment.
* Demonstrated ability to think globally and drive results and efficiencies.
