Major Duties and Responsibilities

* Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow
* Coordinate and negotiate rates with our contracted vendors
* Ensure accurate and timely client and vendor billing
* Interact with customers in arranging their shipments to meet customers service standards
* Contribute and maintain good relationship with suppliers
* Meet compliance at all times
* Network communications, timely responses to emails and requests
* Work with team to meet KPI standards in accordance with Company procedures
* Assist in retention calls and complete customer reviews
* Ensure company credit procedures are followed and utilized effectively
* Participate to the transition of new business / update to existing business
* 2 years of industry specific qualification
* Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results
* Pro-active, strong organizational skills
* Good computer skills (Excel, Word)
* Fluent in English
