Responsibilities:

* Dive into the world of numbers as you process invoices, transactions, and expenses with lightning speed and accuracy.
* Showcase your administrative expertise as you provide crucial support functions to keep operations running smoothly.
* Become the guardian of accounting database, ensuring every entry is flawless and every report is impeccable.
* Harness the power of documents to verify, record and process transactions with unmatched attention to detail.
* Take charge of monthly and quarterly reports, delivering insights that drive financial success.
* Tackle day-to-day accounting duties, including managing accounts receivable , invoices and data entry.
* Channel your inner communicator as you liaise with vendors, suppliers and clients to ensure seamless transactions and happy partnerships.

Qualifications:

* 2 years+ Accounting experience, processing invoices and data entry.
* Time management skills that could rival a time-turner, coupled with communication and problem-solving abilities that could move mountains.
* Math skills and research skills.
* ERP Software knowledge and MS Excel.
