Paul Davis Restoration of West County is part of a national franchise organization that provides services to repair and clean up damage to residential, institutional and commercial structures from a fire, water, storm, mold, or other disasters. We are seeking an Office Coordinator to join our team You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

* Draft correspondences and other formal documents
* Plan and schedule appointments and events
* Greet and assist onsite guests
* Answer & Dispatch inbound telephone calls
* Develop and implement organized filing systems
* Perform all other office tasks
* Gather all required information from clients and input information into our restoration management software
* Data entry into Quickbooks for job costs
* Assist with billing, invoicing and collections
* Utilize E Document software to send/receive job forms

Qualifications:

* Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
* Ability to prioritize and multitask
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Strong organizational skills
* Computer Savvy

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
