A senior CONGA CLM developer who can single handedly design and develop user stories and fix incidents with a very good communication skill.

The candidate should be able to provide solutions and do analysis on his/her own without any external help. At least a CLM Admin cert is mandatory for the position along with other SFDC and CLM certs (good to have)

Why CLM Admin Certification when the requirement is for a Conga CLM developer?
In both Salesforce and Conga, admin is the gateway of any other certification. That is the bare minimum. The Customer wants the resource to be CLM admin certified, the reason being many salesforce developers call themselves conga developers, conga CLM configuration and that is the root of all the problems.
