JOB TITLE: Certified Nursing Assistant | Phlebotomist
STATUS: Regular Full-Time

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: (Job Description Available Upon Demand)
- Supports and implements the practice mission and strategic vision within their respective departments.
- Handles confidential information requiring professional discretion and compliance with protected health information, data integrity and security policies.
- Performs selected nursing and administrative duties and assists the physician as part of the clinical care team.
- Assists physician with patient visits, including rooming and interviewing patients, recording vital signs, enters information in patient's electronic medical record, obtains blood or urine sample for analysis, and assists with procedures as needed.
- Observes, records, and reports changes in patient's condition.
- Administers and documents medication under physician's orders.
- Provides medication education to patients regarding medication effects and side effects.
- Confers with families, agencies, and pharmacies regarding patient care.
- Provides direct patient care by administering injections and obtaining labs.
- Ensure all related reports, labs, and information are filed and available in the patient's medical record prior to their appointment.
- Organizes exam rooms, including general cleaning, upkeep, and re-stocking of supplies.
- Other clinical or administrative duties as assigned to meet practice needs.
QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma | Current Certified Nursing Assistant License (In Good Standing) | Medication Aide Certification (In Good Standing) | Proficient in Phlebotomy & Injection Skills Required | Proficient Medical Terminology | Familiar with EMR Systems
EXPERIENCE: Direct patient care in a high-volume clinic setting preferred
