We are seeking a motivated and reliable Appointment Setter to join our team at Defiance Energy Services, LLC. As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients and scheduling appointments for our team and management.

Responsibilities

  • Contact potential clients via phone, email, or other communication methods to schedule appointments
  • Maintain and update appointment schedules and calendars
  • Follow up with potential clients to confirm appointments
  • Provide excellent customer service and address any questions or concerns
  • Record and maintain accurate and detailed information of all appointments and interactions

Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in using remote computer systems and software
  • Experience in appointment setting or customer service is preferred
