Cable Splicer

We are currently seeking skilled Splicers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fiber optic splicing, with specific experience in building site and construction zone environments. This role will involve outdoor work, requiring adaptability to various environmental conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Perform fiber optic splicing, testing, and troubleshooting in building site and construction zone environments.
• Work efficiently and safely outdoors, adapting to changing conditions as necessary.
• Interpret project plans, schematics, and diagrams to ensure accurate splicing and installation.
• Collaborate with team members and project managers to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
• Maintain and repair fiber optic infrastructure as needed.
• Adhere to industry regulations and safety guidelines at all times.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Fiber Splicer, with a focus on building site and construction zone projects.
• Proficiency in fiber optic splicing techniques, equipment, and tools.
• Strong understanding of fiber optic networks and infrastructure.
• Ability to work effectively in outdoor environments and adapt to changing conditions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., FOA certification) preferred.
