About The Role:

As the Director of Nursing at Sandstone Care, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standard of medical care within our in-patient medical detox and residential treatment program. Here's how you make an impact:

Qualifications:
  • This role is set up to be nursing leadership administrative support.
  • Ability to be flexible and cover floor shifts, to include Nursing and Behavioral Health Technician roles, if need is assessed and warranted by Chief Nursing Officer
  • Participate in a nursing leadership on-call schedule rotation with other members of nursing leadership.

Training & Experience:
  • Valid driver's license with no restrictions
  • RN license in the state of Colorado
  • Previous experience with treatment of substance abuse and/or co-occurring disorders is preferred; preferred experience with a treatment facility in the detox, residential, partial hospitalization ("PHP"), and/or intensive outpatient ("IOP) setting
  • Ideal candidate has a minimum of 1 year of experience in the behavioral health field.
  • Ideal candidate has an interest in nursing leadership and the desire for professional growth and development.
