  2. Qualifying Leads: Engage with potential clients to determine their travel preferences, budget, and timelines to assess their readiness for a consultation.

  3. Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently manage calendars to schedule appointments for our travel advisors, ensuring optimal utilization of their time.

  4. Information Sharing: Provide accurate information about our travel packages, promotions, and services to generate interest and excitement among potential clients.

  5. Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-up calls with leads who have shown interest but have not yet scheduled appointments, to maintain engagement and convert them into booked consultations.

  6. Database Management: Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, appointments scheduled, and relevant information using our CRM system.
