Job Description

The Parenteral and Eyecare Operations S&T organization is responsible for the technical transfer and support of marketed and pipeline injectable products. This person will generate and analyze precise, reliable, and reproducible data in a timely manner, independently or under the direction of a more senior scientific leader. This work may include support of both drug product process and analytical testing activities and will support the qualification and calibration process for the labs. The person will also demonstrate experimental precision and should possess general understanding of core disciplines supporting parenteral processes.

Responsibilities:

* Independently design and conduct critical experiments that further project goals.
* Implement and may innovate new experimental protocols/techniques.
* Understand the goal and maintain a high proficiency in his/her projects as well as the overall program.
* Interpret results and draw conclusions from own multistage experiments, note significant deviations, then suggest, design, and pursue relevant experiments.
