Required Qualifications:

* PharmD - Pharmacy Or
* Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
* Texas Pharmacist Registered upon hire. Or
* New Mexico Registered Pharmacist - New Mexico Board of Pharmacy upon hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience
* Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency
