Your Role as a CNA at ATC Healthcare Las Vegas:

As a CNA with ATC Healthcare, you will play an essential role in delivering outstanding care to patients in a variety of healthcare settings. Every day will be a chance for you to make a positive impact on the lives of those you serve.

Key Responsibilities:
Personal Care: Assist patients with daily living activities while maintaining their dignity and comfort.
Health Monitoring: Record vital signs accurately and report any changes to the healthcare team to ensure proper care.
Communication: Effectively document care details and collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
Compassionate Care: Provide patient-centered support with kindness and respect.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated with state requirements and best practices, ensuring the highest level of care.

What You Bring to the Team:

Certification: Current CNA license through a state-approved nursing program.
Experience: At least 2 years of recent experience in a healthcare setting, ready to apply your skills to help those in need.
Flexibility: Availability to work up to 12-hour shifts, including both day and night options.
Certifications: Current CPR, TB (2-Step, Quantiferon, or CXR), and other state-required health screenings.
Physical Stamina: Ability to assist with patient transfers, lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
