Join our team if you want to be part of a fantastic team, have fun, and help our patients love their smiles We're on the hunt for a Sterilization Tech with a passion to make brighter smiles As a Sterilization Technician at Bruner Orthodontics, you are all about being the best part of your patient's day.
  • Oversee inventory and distribution of equipment and supplies.
  • Responsible for controlling the inventory, reordering supplies, and checking expiration dates.
  • Inspect, disassemble, sort, clean, and process reusable instrumentation and equipment.
  • Diagnose problems, replaces or repairs parts, make process adjustments.
  • Maintain current training status on all applicable standard operating procedures.
  • Create processes and tools for mobile use of GIS for data collection and consumption.
  • Responsible for cleanliness of department and all processing equipment.
  • Unload supplies, ensuring items are not compromised and stored in correct location according to tracking system storage locations.
  • Support implementation of new technology for process execution and/or analysis.
  • Ability to maintain composure and professionalism when exposed to stressful situations
  • Knowledge of OSHA and state regulations
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and complete tasks in a timely and independent manner

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
