Under the direction of the Nursing Services Manager, provides support services for the medical staff in the Clinic. Provides care in support of Participant satisfaction and retention. Assists Participants in such activities as walking, transfers, use of mobility devices, getting to and from restroom, toileting, changing incontinence products, and clothing. Responsible for preparing Participants for medical exam by Clinic MD and RNs.

Required qualifications:

* Washington Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire
* National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
* 1 year healthcare setting
* Working with frail, cognitively impaired older adults
