Currently seeking data entry/call center agent for a position within our company. Ideal candidate should be team-oriented and detailed oriented with a strong ability to multi-task. This individual must be able to work in a fast paced environment with high call volume and remain professional under pressure.

Qualifications:
• Must be able to follow specific oral and written directions.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally over the phone.
• Excellent computer skills a must, proficient in email systems, Microsoft word and Excel
• Confident self-starter who can work independently as part of a team.
• Must maintain a positive attitude on and off the phone.
• Must be organized and dependable
• Must pass background check and drug screen.
• Bi-Lingual [English and Spanish]

Requirements

Description of Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Accurately enter data into various forms
  • Request additional information
  • Send emails
  • Submit reports
  • Print and send letters
  • Answer phone calls
  • Must be able to work evenings and weekends

Benefits

Starting pay range from $11.00-$13.00 per hour
