* Implement learning programs (e.g., communication, self-help, and play skills) as written and instructed by the Board Certified Applied Behavior Analyst Specialist.
* Collect data on all targeted behaviors and meet with supervisor weekly to analyze the information gathered.
* Participate in initial and ongoing trainings per the Board Certified Applied Behavior Analyst Specialist and Director of Special Education.
* Properly report all critical incidents and safety concerns regarding persons receiving services.
* Ensure that documentation is completed in a timely manner and in accordance with established organizational procedures.
* Participate in staff meetings as directed by the Board Certified Applied Behavior Analyst Specialist or Director of Special Education.
* Train teachers and support staff in implementation of behavior plans and interventions as directed by the Board Certified Applied Behavior Analyst Specialist.
* Model and promote good communication and positive representation of the organization to students, families, staff, and the public.
* Perform other duties assigned by Board Certified Applied Behavior Analyst Specialist or Director of Special Education.
* Serve on corporation wide committees as may be assigned by the Director of Public Education & Chief Education Officer.

Education: A bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Special Education.

Experience: A history of successful classroom teaching, counseling or social work experience preferred.
