We are currently searching for a Non-CDL Driver who will be responsible for delivering site services units to customer sites and performing janitorial services in onsite service units and holding tanks. This position is also open to candidates with a CDL license

** This is a prime position for anyone who would like to work toward getting their CDL license. The company will work with you to get the license and once you have the CDL license, there will be CDL positions available for you to move into within the company.

Responsibilities for the Non-CDL Driver -
  • Deliver site service units to customer sites.
  • Responsible for the completion of daily routes.
  • Perform janitorial services on-site service units and holding tanks, including unit cleaning and re-stocking, according to the given checklist.
  • Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • Track personal DOT compliance.
  • Perform and complete the work as outlined in the company routing software.
  • Document changes and identify problems along the route using the assigned route tablet.
  • Interact professionally with customers, clients, co-workers, and the management team.
  • Maintain waste manifests, where required.
  • May be required to drive a vehicle with a gross vehicle weight (GVW) not to exceed 26,000 pounds.
  • Must be available for scheduled shifts, including holidays and weekends.

Requirement -
  • Ability to work flexible hours based on route and event schedules (ie. Monday to Friday daily start time between 4-5am working for about 10 hours AND weekends for events. Average work week consists of about 50-55 hours of work.)
  • Proof of up-to-date Hepatitis B vaccination or willingness to get one
  • At least 6 months of related truck driving experience and/or specialized training
  • Valid Class C driver's license
  • Safe driving record for the past 3 years

Preferred Qualifications -
  • Delivery route experience
  • Valid Class A or B commercial driver's license (CDL) with at least one year experience - High quality attribute with higher pay

Compensation Package Includes -
  • Class C license - $20/hr; Class A or B license (with one year of experience) - $23/hr
