Adult Echo/Vascular Sonographer – Roswell, NM

Job Summary:

Cuready is looking for an experienced Adult Echo/Vascular Sonographer to work a 13-week contract at one of our affiliated hospitals in Roswell, New Mexico.
 
  • Term: 13 weeks
  • Start date: ASAP
  • Shift: Weekdays, M-F, 7am-3:30pm
  • Call: Rotating call
 
Job requirements:
  • Adult Echo/Vascular Sonographer will need to be proficient in locating, evaluating, and recording pertinent anatomical heart pathology, while communicating any findings with the attending physician.
  • Must be able to perform both Echo & Vascular, at minimum, Echocardiograms & Carotid studies.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of ultrasonography in echocardiography or non-invasive vascular ultrasound imaging.
  • Is either registered or registry eligible through the ARDMS, CCI, or ARRT.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification with AHA.
  • One of the following credentials: Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) from American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography or RCS registry from Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI).
  • Vascular registry required with either the ARDMS, CCI, or ACR.
