We need your expertise to provide clients and their families with compassionate, individualized, and comprehensive care. You'll be helping to navigate the social, emotional, communication, and daily living challenges experienced by those with autism. We strive to make all our centers a place where we give families hope.

As a clinical provider, you will provide clinical services to individuals, families, and groups, addressing a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and mental health issues. The role is responsible for implementing evidence-based interventions. Your role will involve assessing clients' needs, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to promote well-being and enhance their quality of life.

What You'll Do
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate a client's emotional and mental health status.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
  • Provide ongoing therapeutic interventions and counseling to clients using various modalities (e.g., cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, family systems therapy, EMDR, AST).
  • Collaborate with clients to set achievable goals and monitor progress towards those goals.
  • Collaborate with the dedicated ABA team for holistic, well-rounded care.
  • Educate and support clients' families and the treatment team on the progressive interventions of mental health therapy.
  • Advocate for clients' rights and assist in accessing community resources and support services.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards and agency policies.
  • Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and clinical supervision sessions to enhance professional development and ensure quality care delivery.
  • Stay abreast of current research, trends, and best practices in clinical social work through continuing education and professional development activities.

Requirements

Education/Experience and Other Requirements
  • The LCSW/LMFT/LCMHC/LPC requires a minimum of a Master's degree in social work (MSW), Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
  • Clinical experience in providing direct services to individuals, families, and groups within a mental health or healthcare setting.
  • Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic skills.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities and interventions.
  • Completed supervision training with certification (preferred).
  • Must be willing to provide supervision to MSWs working toward their LCSW.
  • Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record.

  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and in various settings (e.g., outpatient clinics, hospitals, community mental health agencies).
