Eagle Rock offers excellent pay potential with a pay structure that includes daily salary, commission eligibility, pay-for-performance bonuses and generous overtime opportunities. Our LOCATION drivers start at approximately $FROM-$TO per year (depending on route - including base pay, commissions and bonus) and can grow earnings substantially with company experience.
About the Opportunity
As a Transfer Delivery Driver, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate transfers between our Eagle Rock branches. You'll represent our company with professionalism and provide outstanding service while maintaining a strong focus on safety and efficiency. This is a full-time position in our Pueblo, CO location.
Job Duties include:
* Transfers product from supplier and Eagle Rock warehouse locations to Eagle Rock branches across the state
* Assists leadership in the routing of transfer deliveries as needed
* Processes invoices and BOLs according to process and ensures that they are filed in an orderly manner
* Returns cooperage to supplier locations when requested
* Operating company vehicle safely, courteously, and obey all traffic regulations

* Ability to reach, pull, twist, bend, stoop to move product
* Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
* Occasionally requires the ability to lift over 70 lbs.
* Must be capable of pushing or pulling loaded carts (weighing approximately 300 lbs).
* Can work safely year-round in varying weather conditions

* You possess a valid Class A CDL and DOT medical card
* You have a high school diploma or GED
* You have a clean motor vehicle record for the past three (3) years
* You have excellent customer service skills
* You're able to effectively communicate with and understand retailers and co-workers.
* You exhibit strong attention to detail
* You can quickly learn product and account characteristics
* You're comfortable working independently, exercise sound judgment and take initiative.
* You're able to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities
* You're committed to working safely and maintaining a fun and friendly work environment

* Previous driving and/or delivery experience is preferred but not required
About Us
The history of Eagle Rock Distributing Company goes all the way back the Prohibition Era with Atlanta Beverage Company selling non-alcoholic beer and Canada Dry Ginger Ale. Eagle Rock Distributing Company was formed in 2000 and today we distribute a wide-array of premium and craft beers, cider, import beers, wines, spirits, as well as non-alcoholic beverages and local products out of our locations in Georgia and Colorado. One thing that hasn't changed since our beginnings, however, is our unwavering commitment to our employees and loyal customers.
Eagle Rock entered the Colorado market in late-2020, assuming distribution operations for Anheuser-Busch products across the state. Today, we have over 500 employees in the state, operating out of 8 locations, and continue to welcome new positions to support our growth in the state.

Compensation, Benefits and Application Window
Compensation range: $28.00 to $30.00 per hour
(Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon route, geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level)
This position is eligible for the following benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Basic AD&D Life Insurance, Voluntary Life Insurance, Spousal Life Insurance, Child Life Insurance, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, 401(k) with company match and profit-sharing.
The Company provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position.
