Office Services Specialist

Purpose

Responsible for the daily operations of the office mailroom as well as assisting in all other areas within Office Services.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide backup to the Human Resource Department
* Answer and route incoming calls in a timely and professional manner
* Greet and direct visitors and vendors
* Distribute monthly accounting reports
* Coordinate office maintenance items
* Print and copy jobs
* Back up for all Office Services functions
* Engagement planning
* Office Inventory
* Provide additional support for various departments
* Other tasks as needed
* Models company core values

Required Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Excellent telephone etiquette
* Customer service orientation
* Professional appearance
* Able to relate verbally in a tactful and diplomatic manner
* Proficiency in Word and Excel
* Excellent keyboard and ten-key skills
* Ability to work in and maintain a highly functional team environment
* Ability to communicate with a wide variety of internal and external customers
* Able to work independently
* Excellent organizational skills
* Strong written & oral communication skills
* Able to work well under pressure
* Excellent interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Prior experience working as a receptionist
