Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will work directly with clients to implement behavior analytic services and collect and maintain appropriate behavior data under the close supervision of the BCBA and/or BCaBA. RBT's provide Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services that help children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) improve independent functioning skills. RBTs are responsible for providing life-changing care by working one-on-one with clients and families to help them achieve new skills and milestones.

Job Duties:

+ Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to our youth

+ Follow prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols

+ Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior

+ Effectively communicate with Parents and caregivers regarding clients progress

+ Attend required meetings and trainings

+ Maintain RBT Certification

+ Completed all additional Job duties as assigned

Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Must possess a current State Driver's License and Insurance

+ Ability to pass a criminal background check (including fingerprints), drug screen, physical, and TB test

+ Ability to work with children and families with diverse backgrounds, ethnicities, cultures, and economic statuses

+ Basic computer skills

+ Must be a citizen or legal resident of the United States and eligible to work in the United States

+ Experience working with children and adolescents is a plus
