We are currently seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join a locally based sign franchise - a role that combines client interaction, creative problem-solving, and inside sales.

This isn't your average customer service position. As a Customer Success Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of helping businesses bring their branding and visual communication ideas to life. Whether it's guiding clients through product options, managing projects from start to finish, or following up on leads, your work will directly impact their success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects end-to-end, including providing estimates, processing orders, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Develop a pipeline of leads through referrals, email campaigns, and marketing efforts.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to create a welcoming environment for customers.
  • Support administrative tasks such as invoicing, reporting, and status updates.
