Customer Support Specialist

This isn't your average customer service position. As a Customer Success Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of helping businesses bring their branding and visual communication ideas to life. - Manage projects end-to-end, including providing estimates, processing orders, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Develop a pipeline of leads through referrals, email campaigns, and marketing efforts.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to create a welcoming environment for customers.
- Support administrative tasks such as invoicing, reporting, and status updates.
