Clinical Field Staff Supervisor

Position Summary: Oversees the successful delivery of quality patient home care by clinical field staff. Ensures proper coordination of care between physicians and staff. Authorized to assume the duties of the Administrator of HomePlus in Administrator#s absence. Reports to Chief Nursing Officer in Administrators absence. # Position Qualifications: Minimum Education: Associates degree in nursing Minimum Experience: Minimum of two years homecare experience At least one-year supervisory experience Required License/Registration: Current WV RN License CPR Certification Skills: Other Good oral # written communication skills Physical Demands: Occasionally lifts, positions, pushes and/or transfers patients Prolonged, extensive or considerable standing/walking Working Conditions: Contact with patients under a wide variety of circumstances Exposed to unpleasant elements (accidents, injuries and illness) Subject to varying and unpredictable situations Handles emergency or crisis situations May perform emergency care Occasionally subjected to irregular hours
