This position monitors the activity of Care Partners to ensure that services are being provided to clients in accordance with individualized service plans and state regulations.
• Direct supervision of Care Partners
• Supports recruiting and onboarding needs of team
• Hire Care Partners in the field when needed
• Orientation/training of Care Partners
• Perform Supervisory Visits in accordance with scheduled frequency
• Perform complaint investigations
• Assist payroll with accurate documentation of missed time for Care Partners Qualifications What we look for in a qualified candidate High school diploma or GED. Human Resource experience desired Strong organizational skills with excellent verbal communication skills. Must be able to work in a variety of environmental conditions. Must be sensitive to the needs of the aged and disabled and conscientious about servicing client's needs. Knowledgeable of all State requirements under the Primary Home Care Program. Ability to handle crisis situations as well as do problem solving intervention. Ability to process time sensitive material in a timely manner.
