THIS WILL BE AN OFFICE JOB AND CANDIDATES MUST WORK IN THE OFFICE WITHIN THE NEXT 3 WEEKS

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive and friendly interaction with each customer
  • Utilize computer systems to accurately input and update customer information
  • Follow established scripts and procedures to handle customer calls and requests
  • Escalate customer issues to supervisors or managers as needed
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
