Position Summary:
The Outpatient Therapist provide individual, group, family or couples psychotherapy. The therapist collaborates in a multi-disciplinary setting to provide comprehensive treatment to the client and as needed, his or her family.

Schedule:

M-F 8-4 with flexibility and two evenings a week required. 1.0 FTE (40 hours a week)

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a behavioral sciences field and working toward independent licensure
  • Individual, family, and group psychotherapy experience required
  • Provisional or Associate licensure required
  • DBT, CBT, FBT experience preferred

That's why we partner with the University of Minnesota Medical School and have a team dedicated to providing ongoing education with in-house continuing education credit opportunities through webinars and in-person events. We continuously work to develop new education programs like our upcoming Behavioral Health Technician certification program.
