THE POSITION:

Do you enjoy interacting with customers? Are you a positive individual who succeeds multitasking?

As a Cashier, you will:

* Greet and welcome customers with enthusiasm
* Operate the POS to ensure accurate and efficient sales data, price, and information codes on merchandise
* Welcome customers to participate in a Change Round Up to the nearest dollar to further support our missions
* Respond to phone calls while offering world class customer service
* Assist in the training of new team members and cashiers
* Maintain a clean, neat, organized and safe sales floor and return all unsold merchandise to the floor

THE QUALIFICATIONS:

* Excellent customer service skills
* Attention to detail
* High school diploma or GED preferred
* Prior experience in a retail environment preferred
* Six months of cash handling experience preferred
* Must be willing and able to work days, evenings, and weekends
* Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation

THE PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

* Must be able to sit, stand, bend, and reach
* Must be able to lift, push, pull, carry or otherwise move up to 25 pounds with no support regularly
