Director - Mental Health, Adult Outpatient

Job Overview:
Trinitas Medical Center is looking for a Director for our Mental Health - Adult Outpatient unit. Located in Elizabeth, NJ, this is a fantastic opportunity for a leadership position within the Behavioral Health space.
Qualifications:
Required:
* Licensed psychologist,
* Two years administrative experience within the Mental Health and/or Behavioral Health Space
Certifications and Licenses Required:
* Licensed Psychologist within NJ
Scheduling Requirements:
* Monday - Friday
* 40 hours/week, 8am- 5pm
* Full-Time Schedule
Essential Functions:
* Provides day to day oversight of the Psychology internship program
* Manages the interviewing, ranking and match of prospective interns
* Supervises psychology interns both in group and individually,
* Distributes and manages program evaluations and incorporates feedback into program development
* Manages the wellness rotation for the linden school contract and provides parents workshops as indicated,
* Maintains an outpatient caseload,
* Acts as a liaison with APPIC Association of Psychology Postdoctoral and Internship Centers and provides timely submission of all necessary information in regard to the internship program,
