University of Maryland Upper Chesapeake Health, a member of the University of Maryland Medical System (UMMS), has an opening available for a full-time BC/BE General Cardiologist. Training in echo, CT, nuclear is highly preferred.
Job Specifics:
* Upper Chesapeake Cardiology is comprised of 10 Cardiologists, seeking a 11th to meet growing volumes
* Well established practice serving the community for over 20 years
* Easy access to multiple tertiary care centers
* Primarily outpatient position with limited inpatient responsibilities, practicing in one hospital.
* Practice includes echocardiography, nuclear cardiology, device clinic, coronary CTA, and remote monitoring.
* Work/life balance supported by very manageable call schedule
* 24/7 in-house hospitalist/ intensivist coverage
* Willing to foster any special interests such cardio-oncology, sports cardiology, medical informatics, women's cardiology, etc.
* Excellent hospital administration support as well as in office support staff
* Position eligible for sign-on bonus and relocation support
