Responsibilities

A successful candidate for this role will have the ability to:

* Drive their vehicle throughout the community to identify lots where violations of the governing documents exist
* Use an iPad to document that violation for the purpose of communicating that violation to the owner and/or occupant of the unit.
* Ideal candidates will have an interest in studying the association's governing documents,
* Apply the standards in the documents in real life situations
* and tracking those violation notices with the aid of company software.
* Ideal candidates will be detail oriented, strong communicators and be comfortable working alone, with some interaction with homeowners and staff.

Plius other work related tasks as needed

Qualifications

* Must have own vehicle, clean driving record and be detail oriented.
* Ability to use technology
* Background screening and pre-employment drug screening required.
* Ability to utilize technology is mandatory.

Pay and Benefits:

$20 to $25, depending on education and experience.
