Director of Rehabilitation and Long-Term Care

The Director is responsible for maintaining accurate records of program function for regular review and evaluation. Is responsible for developing long-range and short-range goals, growth strategies, program objectives and evaluation procedures for all services. Works with the CFO to develop and implement sound fiscal guidelines and fiscal management practices. The Director is responsible for administering project budgets, ensuring accurate accounting of revenues and expenditures, accurate and timely billing of services, and meeting or exceeding annual NeuRoads NM Division budget parameters. This position is responsible for overall safety, health and risk management within the NeuRoads NM Division. The Director works with the Quality Team to develop, track, and meet all stoplight metrics, ensuring remediation of all underperforming metrics for the NeuRoads NM Division. This position is responsible for ensuring employee and volunteer supervision in accordance with federal and state laws and regulations, and ARCA Policies and Procedures, including equal employment opportunity and affirmative action and works collaboratively with the Human Resources Director/Team to achieve stated objectives. The Director works with the President/CEO to implement ARCA's vision, mission, values and strategic plan and performs other duties as assigned by the Clinical Director or the President/CEO.
Qualifications:
Possess a Master's degree from an accredited institution as a Licensed Advanced Practitioner, Nurse Practitioner or Physician's Assistant. A Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy or Clinical Social work will be considered;
Possess demonstrated, successful, management experience of twenty people or more for five or more years; Must have knowledge of Long-Term Care and Long-Term Supports. Must have demonstrated experience and skills in leadership, problem-solving, public relations, and organization; Must have demonstrated experience with Rehabilitation.
