This 19 bed unit provides care for ICU level neuroscience and medical patients.# The patient population on the Neuro IC unit includes cranial surgery, neuro-endovascular procedures, neuro-medical conditions, such as stroke, as well as medical conditions requiring intensive care.# Deaconess Gateway Hospital has been designated as a certified Primary Stroke Center by the Healthcare Facilities Accreditation Program. Required: Certifications/Licenses/Education: Basic Life Support: Health Care Provider, within six months of hire. Completion of a high school education or equivalent (GED) preferred# Successfully complete PCT classes as required by care center/unit. # #
