Client Project Coordinator
Canton, MA
Description:
+ Utilize the sales and distribution model of SAP to enter and manage customer sales orders and purchase orders.
+ Work closely with vendors to coordinate products for drop shipments.
+ Coordinate materials to deliver to jobsites with customers.
+ Monitor SAP generated back-order lists, open billing lists and handle scheduling for pickup and shipments.
+ Answer questions from customers and sales representatives as they arise.
+ Provide backup support and coverage for other Project Coordinators as needed.
+ Travel may be required occasionally to visit customers, attend tradeshows and participate in full team customer operations meetings.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree Preferred with 2-5 Years of work experience in a similar position
+ Strong technical skills - SAP preferred
+ Must have a professional demeanor with the ability to foster a collaborative working environment.
+ Strong attention to detail - strong data entry skills.
