- A large referral base is in place.
- Income guarantee of $450,000 for two years before moving to a production model.
- The other gastroenterologist in the practice sees about 30-35 patients per week and performs approximately 2,700 procedures per year.
- The position offers medical education debt assistance.
- Physicians cover their own call during the day and one night per week. There is a weekend rotation of 1:5.
