LTC Therapy Services is seeking an experienced and dedicated PT/OT Director of Rehabilitation DOR  to fill a full-time, salaried position in our skilled nursing facility. You'll be responsible for the overall supervision, coordination and administration of the facility.

We would like to speak with a  PT/OT Director of Rehabilitation DOR  who is solution-oriented and willing to provide guidance and support when uncertainty arises.  Must be well organized and motivated. Previous experience working in a skilled nursing facility or LTC is required.  In exchange, full-time Director of Rehabilitation DOR supported by a comprehensive benefits program including; medical insurance, dental insurance, vision coverage, 401(k), and more 

 

Don’t forget... 

  • An active state PT/OT license is required.   
  • SNF experience is required. 
  • Experience as an Assistant DOR or DOR.
